Yeah I think it might be related to that. I know you're not using Unity, but in Unity there's like if you want consistent movement you have to * Time.deltaTime which is the time between two frames so that the speed will be consistent. Maybe there will be something similar in the engine that you use.

Gosh such a good game but too hard tho lmao

Nice art. Game is a bit hard tho like I have to jump at like the very last second to get through the gap, and the collecting is also hard. Maybe make it so you don't have to click on the spot to collect, just click when the character is overlapping the item? Also I'd suggest you learn how to make UI scale better. It's something that everyone will face at least once so that's completely fine. Good job!

Oh wow this game is very good like I had a lot fun playing with it! But I've found some issue that the ghost is much more slower on my laptop than for my friend's. My friend had a lot of trouble exiting while I can slowly find my way out on the first try. But still very fun game

Thanks a lot!

Very nice, fun and enjoyable game!

Lmao (Although for some reasons probably unrelated it crashes my laptop in my first play, then I force shut down my laptop and it's normal now... idk what happened)

Haha thanks! It's supposed to be scary ;)

Thanks for playing my game! Yeah, I know it's hard to get the message, that's why I made the google docs to help!

One problem I have is like idk if it's just me but the speed of the spaceship doesn't quite match the angle of the sprite so it's a bit annoying to control. But nice job, in such short time as well!

Lol didn't expect that :)) Very fun game and graphics. I thought I could like interact with things around the house or sth but I can't? It would be better if I could though. More fun gameplay!!

Very fun game actually! I've found a way to stack really high and it was quite fun to do so. Making this into a puzzle or sth like that can be a good idea. Though, the boxes were a bit hard to control and the character sometimes can't jump. I've also had a bug where the first time I play (easy mode), the character disappears. But I can't recreate it. But it didn't affect my experience at all.

Thanks! It's my first time trying to make some kind of atmospheric like that! I'm glad it turned out good

Gameplay is okay, but can have some more variance if possible (but I know that 3 hours is really little time to make a game)

I think the map should have the same art style (pixelated) as well, not just straight lines like that (and the pixels should be the same size)

Music is good, and I quite enjoy the game overall. Good job!

Hi! Thanks for your nice comment!
I made a google docs explaining the meaning of the game that I want to convey, but I avoid putting that directly into the game to not make spoilers for others. Here is a google docs link.

SPOILER WARNING!

What buttons do not work? If you're talking about the last buttons when you win or lose, those are meant to not work (because I didn't have time to think about how to make it work). Instead, you have to press the red and blue buttons on the top left corner of the screen.

The dice rolls are show on the top middle of the screen (Roll Result...)

The modifiers work like this: Whenever you roll a stat, for example INT, you will roll a d20 (a dice with 20 faces and numbered from 1 to 20), then add the modifier. That will give you the final result that I write on the roll result. I didn't have the time to write like 14 + 2 = 16 or sth, that would probably make the rolls more clear.

Fun game. Would be much better with some audio and sound effects :D

Very fun and enjoyable game. I discovered a bug that somehow if I manage to get out of the track, I can dodge all the obstacles and still finish the game.

CATS

Help I can't play the game. How do you fix the engine? I tried clicking but it doesn't work

Very nice game. A bit boring after a while. I'd suggest having sound effects for the robot crashing as well.

Game was quite fun. One thing I would change is to make myself shoot faster, and maybe move the ship with arrow keys or WASD instead of the mouse that I'm using to aim.

Controls are very hard, or I'm just bad at driving games. I also suggest having a background music. The sound effects are quite good already.

I suggest you learn a bit more about UI because on my device it was very off. I don't get the gameplay quite yet, it's just pressing buttons to attack right?

Ah one more thing, when the thing explode and restart the level, the claw is still in the grabbing position. It should be released when I restart the level.

Quite impressive and fun game. Some things you can improve: The wall texture is a bit noisy and isn't comfortable to look at. The sound each time I press the arrow keys is also a bit to annoying. Other than that, game is quite polished. Movements are excellent and very precise. A bit hard to control at first, but after a few level I got used to it and breeze through the rest of the levels and finish the game!

Game was quite fun. Sound was a little bit off but that's fine

Game was really fun. I can see this game being developed some more, maybe make the spells sync to music (rhythm game)? And you can also add more levels, make more spells... Overall very fun and enjoyable game

Very nice game and visuals. I love happy little accidents!

Sidenote: The "hand shaking" was quite predictable. Try to make more patterns or make it more unpredictable.

Gameplay was a bit boring and typical, visuals are off because the character is pixel art and the other assets (buildings, pianos) are not. Sound is okay but needs more sound effects. But good effort for 3 hours tho. Keep trying!

The game is unfinished but the voiceover was amazing

The art was cute and simplistic. Music was okay, and the gameplay was fun, the stories are very enjoyable and funny.

It was a very funny game

I played DnD myself before, and it was an experience unlike any other. So I wanted to capture the spirit into a game as much as possible. And when I saw the theme, I was like omg this is the chance!! In DnD so many fun things happen when you roll a nat 1, in other words, an accident!

And yeah no music was kinda boring, I'll try at least to add some music next time, and try to update this game with music so it will be more fun to play.

It was a very fun experience. The music was kinda nice.

Thanks for playing and enjoying my game :3

Aw glad you loved it!!! ^^

Thanks for playing my game! Most of the shots in the game (except for the sentry gun) are bouncing on screen. If you have to shoot something that is outside of your view, there might be another solution that you didn't find out yet.

Oh god the game was so fun!
